New York New York's security has been increased before the India-Pakistan match in the ICCT20 World Cup.
Leading cricket website Cricinfo has claimed in its report that security has been beefed up in New York ahead of the June 9 match between arch-rivals Pakistan and India.
In a statement issued by the office of the governor of the US state of New York, it is said that they are closely monitoring the situation, there is currently no danger to citizens.
Eisenhower Park Stadium, located about 25 miles east of Manhattan, will host eight games spanning June 3rd through June 12th.
