The Parramatta Eels have lodged a formal complaint to Fox Sports over an alleged incident between a cameraman and a mascot.
While details surrounding the nature of the incident are scarce, Venues NSW are also investigating, according to Nine's Danny Weidler.
It's not clear when the incident occurred or exactly what happened.

"They're not happy about the treatment of the mascot by a Fox Sports cameraman and it's something they're following through," Weidler said on 100% Footy on Monday night.
"And also Venues NSW are going through security vision to see exactly what has happened."
Venues NSW run Accor, Allianz, CommBank and McDonald Jones Stadiums, as well as the SCG Trust, WIN Sports and Entertainment Centre, and the Newcastle Entertainment Centre.
Mascots are a big part of the game-day experience across every club, and usually during the games walk laps of the stadium high-fiving and posing for photos with fans.

Parramatta's mascots are Sparky and Sparkles, and according to the Eels website "are always proud of the boys' efforts on the field".
Given the Eels are only off the bottom of the ladder by 10 points on for-and-against, Sparky and Sparkles are doing a lot of the heavy lifting of the Eels cheers squad.
Parramatta have the bye this week, and will take on the Knights in Newcastle in round 17.
